    Our factory is capable of digital printing on various polyester fabrics, accepting custom orders with just one design. Utilizing heat transfer printing, we transfer designs onto the fabric, which is then cut and sewn into finished products. Our current product range includes: flannel blankets, coral fleece blankets, three-piece bedding sets, quilts, tapestries, beach towels, towels, capes, hoodies, short-sleeve shirts, long-sleeve shirts, polo shirts, pants, shorts, zip-up hoodies, and more.

    We have our own designers who can modify and create different patterns, catering to in-depth customization. We also offer clients customized washing labels, trademarks, logos, packaging bags, and provide overseas drop-shipping, wholesale, FBA warehousing, and overseas warehousing services.   • Epson printing ink

    Our professional ink is composed of CYMK 4 colors, which can almost match all the colors on the market that customers can adjust. The colors are vivid, bright and realistic, just like what is shown on the monitor, reducing disputes caused by color differences.

  • Printer

    High-speed printing machine: We have 8 of these machines that are used to print the customer's design onto specialized paper. Each machine can print nearly 300 square feet per hour.

  • Heat transfer

    This machine transfers the colors from the special paper onto white fabric at a high temperature of 220 degrees, resulting in extremely realistic colors and reliable color fastness.

  • Laser automatic cutting

    After the printing process is completed, the fabric is cut precisely along the lines using a laser cutting machine. Of course, we also have a manual cutting process for some items, which will not be uploaded one by one.

  • Hand sewing:

    After the cutting process, the materials are handed over to our skilled workers who use sewing machines, overlock machines, and other equipment to create finished products. Our workers have received extensive training and possess excellent skills to ensure high-quality products.

  • Packing

    After the production is completed, we will conduct quality checks and packaging on the products. We support one-piece delivery services such as FBA and POD. We also offer customized packaging options for our customers.
