Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding OEM service, the general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 50 pieces per color. For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We'd check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier to find a possible solution.
Q: What is the price and delivery time of samples?
We can provide the ready-made samples free of charge, need 2-3 days, you only need to bear the courier fee
Q: How to make an order?
1. Sample approval
2. The client makes a 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI
3. The client approves our pp sample and get the testing report if necessary

Ordering process:

1.Quotation
Contact our customer service after selecting the products and confirm the size, quantity, shipping method, and other information. We will promptly send you an accurate quotation.

2.Sample Confirmation
Confirm the design drawings. We will provide a mockup or a physical sample for customer confirmation, and then begin mass production.

3.Shipping
Shipping destination. If it is an FBA order, please send us the Amazon label, and we will affix it to the packaging bag and outer box accordingly.
Free Design
We support custom design, provide preview of digital samples and rapid prototyping service, allowing customers to see the actual product before placing an order. We also offer free modifications until the customer is satisfied.
Amazon FBA Service
We support Amazon FBA service. After the goods are produced, we will label the products and outer packaging according to the ASIN code provided by the customer, and then transport them to the logistics company. The logistics company can deliver the goods to the designated Amazon warehouse. We will handle all procedures throughout the process, which is convenient, fast, and cost-effective.
